We are looking for an Account Manager.
Mission:
Leading customer contact for (a) defined named account(s) representing a substantial portion of the area business. Develops and owns the account’s strategy. Develops and maintains customer relation-ship to increase sales with the account and fully leverage revenues and gross margins along the full portfolio including complex portfolio elements. Manages specialists’ knowhow in complex deals.
Reporting line: Sales Manager Morocco.
Responsibilities:
Analyses market and competitors, identifies, develops and monitors potential leads in his account(s) responsibility
Maintains and develops relationship with all stakeholders up to top management and steering board levels
Develops the account(s) strategy and business plans, orchestrates the sales activities in the accounts, triggering and managing specialists’ expertise and involvement
Develops account/deal specific value propositions and opportunity pricing strategy jointly with involved commercial parties; leads and manages negotiations until deal closing
Proactively pulls Sales Specialists to leverage full technical expertise and to extend market/customer penetration with products, solutions and services; coaches and leads the involved sales and sales support team
Oversees and monitors delivery and after sales activities to pro-actively avoid crisis. Identifies and uses up-sell potential to strengthen the position within the account .
